My passion for weight lifting began when I was a young teenager. Over the last 10 years I have become more serious into weight training and adjusting my diet to meet the demands of my body.
I became a personal trainer to help people reach their health and fitness goals safely and efficiently. As a certified personal trainer, I have shared in the successes of my clients and enjoy being part of their lives. I find this to be the most rewarding aspect of my career. I enjoy working with clients of varying abilities and creating programs designed to achieve each of their specific goals.
