Will some of it require hard work? Absolutely! In my experience, those are the sessions clients remember most. You are always more capable then you think you are and sometimes we all need someone to help guide us down our path and show us the impossible really is possible. When we come out of our comfort zone the magic starts to happen.
I’m a Mom of 3 and understand a busy lifestyle. I know excuses can come easy to everyone. But just know your one hour workout is just 4% of your day. We all owe ourselves 4% because when you take care of yourself, then you are better for everyone else in your life, it all starts with YOU.
