Stephanie fell in love with the world of fitness when her high school installed a fitness center in 2002. Ever since, being physically active has been a huge part of her life. She began long distance running in 2007 and ran her first full marathon in 2011. In 2010 she stepped up from being in fitness classes to teaching them, and found her true life calling. In 2012 she began taking the NAIT Personal Trainer Diploma. This program expanded her knowledge and gave her countless amazing experiences.
It was during her time at NAIT that she became a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and did her practicum in a collaborative health physiotherapy clinic where she discovered the power of movement as medicine.
Stephanie is a firm believer of a sustainable, healthy, and holistic lifestyle. Fitness may look different to each individual, and it is her job to help anyone reach their goals, no matter what their background. Whether that is athletes returning from injury, beginners just looking to get more active, or older adults looking to age independently and with energy, she is ready.
She has a passion for healthy lifestyles, food, functional fitness, sustainable lifestyles and individualization. Above all else, Stephanie loves getting to know people, their stories, and helping them improve the quality of their lives -both mentally and physically. Her principles are balance, sustainability, function, and enjoyment!
