I have always loved sports and as a kid competed in everything from gymnastics to track and field, making the Sask First team for sprints and hurdles. Lately, I’ve been doing more endurance running, completing some ultramarathons (the farthest being 100 miles) and running Boston in April 2024. I’ve helped ultra runners bag multi-day mountain races, and first-time marathoners and 5 km runners cross the line. 

Here’s how it works: we do a gap analysis, which means I compare where you are to where you want to be and develop a program for your timeframe. Then you show up and do your best! I’m happy to work with your other health pros (physio, massage, chiropractor) so we can all get you moving in the right direction.
