MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
At any time, you may cancel your membership by giving us a 30-day notice. You will be billed for 30 days after your notice is received by us, and then will be pulled from any future billing.
1 YEAR AGREEMENT
- No cancellation within one year
- 30-day cancellation Policy after the anniversary date
- Membership can be transferred to someone else for a fee of $50.00
15-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
You may cancel your Membership without any penalty or further obligation in person, provided a signed cancellation is submitted with a request to terminate the agreement to Motion Fitness within fifteen days of your membership. The initial fees paid are non-refundable.
