Jillian Wood

As a trainer, I want to positively influence the lives of the people I work with, supporting them to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. I strive to help people find balance and ways to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into our busy lives. I design safe and thorough programs tailored to your needs, goals, and aspirations. We will work together to create a challenging yet enjoyable program to get you where you want to be! I am here to educate, motivate, and inspire you to be a stronger, healthier, happier version of yourself! It is never too late to get our bodies moving and enhance our daily living!

After completing a female fitness course, I was inspired to join the health and fitness industry in my latter high school years. I was introduced to clear and concise programs that made me more confident in my exercise and wellness habits. Then, I decided I wanted to instill this confidence in others.
