Why are you an instructor/what inspired you to work in the fitness industry?
I have always loved working out in group fitness classes and discovered that I also love to teach. I love finding ways to make fitness classes fun and challenging, but also accommodating to all fitness levels. 

If you had a time machine, what time period would you go to and why?
The 70’s - for the music!!
