Hi, I’m Terra! After more than two decades in a busy corporate career — and a lifetime of personal commitment to health and fitness — I decided to turn my passion for wellness into a purpose: supporting people to become stronger, more confident, and empowered in their bodies through safe, effective, and engaging workouts.
My goal is to create routines that fit your life—realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable—so you can build lasting health at any age.
My training style is focused on:
- Combine calisthenics and circuit-style training to create workouts that are challenging, energizing, and never boring
- Safe, progressive workouts that meet you where you are.
- Improving mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance
- Encouraging healthy lifestyle changes that last.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, trying to balance workouts with a busy lifestyle, or looking to stay active and independent as you age, I’d love to work with you—together, we’ll find a balanced approach that supports your goals and helps you feel your best and love the body you are in.
